We are very excited to offer a FREE four week workshop for Front Range Community College Students at the Longmont campus. This four week series will give students a basic understanding of mindfulness practice and how to to utilize this skill to train their brains to pay attention, to reduce stress, and to cultivate a greater sense of self awareness.
