Who: All levels welcome

What: Feldenkrais group classes help you create new neural pathways through guided sequences of simple movements, done mostly lying down or sitting. These movements calm your nervous system and serve as a space to optimize your mind/body connections. Through the process of finding efficient and enjoyable ways of moving your arms and legs and spine, Feldenkrais classes are a place to practice making new choices about what actions are best for you, from moment to moment. This process of self-inquiry through movement takes place not only in the muscles and bones, but throughout your whole self. The object of this learning is to remove outside authority from your inner life, which feels even better than it sounds.
