We are very excited to offer a FREE four-week workshop for Front Range Community College Students at the Longmont campus. This four-week series will give students a basic understanding of mindfulness practice and how to utilize this skill to train their brains to pay attention, reduce stress, and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness.
